1.How do I register my PPPP software?
Once you have downloaded your trial version go to the bookshop at www.spineinstitute.com.au
select Postural Pain Prevention Program for $19.95 AUD then follow the instructions to our
secure area for credit card purchases.Your PPPP Digital Key will be e-mailed to you which registers
the software and gives you full access to PPPP features.
2. I would like all my staff to use PPPP software how do I register multiple copies?
Once you have downloaded your trial version, e-mail orders@spineinstitute.com.au and indicate how
many computer users you have and provide your details with company name and address. You will be given a special corporate multi-user rate and instructions when purchasing your PPPP Digital Key.
3. Why have you reduced the price from $39.95 to $19.95 AUD for internet downloads?
We save a significant amount of money if we don't have to produce CDs and packaging so we are passing our saving onto you our customer. If you are a person who must have the CD we are happy
to send you a copy for $39.95 AUD.
4. Can I use the PPPP software on my Windows 3.x or DOS system?
Sorry you will have to upgrade to Windows 95 or above to use PPPP software
4. Can I use the PPPP software on my MAC computer?
Sorry MAC users we have not yet produced a version for Apple MACINTOSH computers but if we recieve enough interest we would certainly consider it.
5. I would like to know what files PPPP software shares with my system?
The PPPP software is written using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 - service pack 3. It shares the Visual Basic 6 run-time files, which are installed when you install the software.
6. I love the PPPP trial version, can I continue to use it without registering for the full version?
You have 7 days to trial PPPP for FREE, if you feel you were unable to evalaute it effectively during that time you may extend your trial period for a further 7 days only. You can do this by clicking on the Registration information button at the end of your initial trial period. After your second 7 day trial the PPPP software will stop working and you will prompted to register.
7. Can I download PPPP after every trial version expires and keep using it FREE?
You can continue to download the FREE trial version of PPPP but it will not work after you have used up both of your 7 day trials. If you like it that much purchase your Digital Key at the online Bookshop and benefit from the extra features the full version offers.
8. I have been told to do different exercises to what is shown on PPPP software what should I do?
It is not scientific to do multiple exercises for the same body area if you are trying to evaluate
the effect of that exercise on that body area.Therefore choose one exercise at a time and evaluate the effect it has on you and stick with what works for you.
