PPPP Instructions


Set Up Instructions.

  1. Prior to downloading, you may want to print or bookmark this page as a later reference.

  2. You will require a Zip program to Unzip the PPPP file.

    1. If you don't have a Zip program, to download WinZip, click the button

  3. If your zip program has an install feature, use this to install the PPPP directly from the zip file, then go to point 5 on this page

  4. If your Zip program does not have an install feature, we suggest you create a temporary folder on your desktop to save pppp.zip.

    1. Click the download button below and choose the temporary folder you have created to save pppp.zip in.

    2. Once downloaded, unzip pppp.zip and click Setup.exe.

    3. Follow the set-up instructions

       

  5. Once set up, an icon will be created in your program files and also in your system tray (where you find the clock and volume control).

  6. To set up all the options, right click your mouse over the icon in the system tray, then select "options" Here you can then set up what time you will have your hourly exercise sessions. The time you put in should coincide with the time you start your computer work. You can also set up what exercise program and character you want with this feature.

  7. Enjoy your hourly exercises.

After setting up the program, the next step is vital for you to make a scientific evaluation of this product. Prior to using the program, please take the time to complete "PPPP Aches and Pain" questionnaire which is a text file that will download with your program. 

After using the trial program for 7 days, complete the questionnaire again and you can see what effect this program has had on your spine and any aches & pains you may have had. 

This will allow you to make a decision to purchase this program based upon its effectiveness to reduce, abolish or prevent your body aches and pains.
