The Australian Spine Institute provides evidence-based education, diagnosis, and treatment for pain of spinal origin. Evidence-based means we use sound research findings that have been published in reputable medical journals, to establish the facts about preventing, diagnosing and treating spinal disorders. Most spinal conditions do not require surgical treatment. This means that the majority of spinal problems can be managed with non-operative treatment, which is known as "conservative treatment". The Australian Spine Institute and it's members provide "conservative treatment" for pain of spinal origin. The Australian Spine Institute does not endorse any method, technique, equipment or product that does not have adequate research to support its use. Our goal is to make dealing with pain of spinal origin as factual and simple as possible for you to better understand your condition.
Many people will give you well meaning advice based upon their beliefs or opinions, but only the facts will allow you to make the right choices for your back or neck problems. The Australian Spine Institute provides evidence-based services and products to the general public, corporations and industry. Contact InformationAddress: Telephone: FAX: Electronic Mail:
