The title of this book, Back Pain: A Lifter’s Choice indicates you can choose to give yourself back pain from lifting incorrectly or you can choose to lift correctly and help avoid back pain. Lifting incorrectly is not the only cause of back pain. The most common cause of back pain is a forward bending overload created by three common factors.
