The booklets are written in a simple and logical manner and are fully illustrated. This makes learning easy so you can quickly apply what you have learned. This means you can continue doing the activities you need to do, as well as those you enjoy, knowing that you are helping to protect your back. The booklets are designed with different activity groups in mind. With six different booklets you are sure to find one that best suits your needs. The basic information and principles in each of the six booklets are the same, but each booklet has different activity specific illustrations and guidelines related to the booklet topic.
